Wines of the Piave
Lively and pleasantly fruity, we also love making it as a pleasant rosé.
The Merlot grape originates from the Bordeaux area in France but is grown in the Piave area
since the late 1800s. It prefers fresh soils with good humidity, and finds in our vineyards
the ideal ripening environment on the Grave del Piave.
A curiosity! It is said that this grape of great value owes its name to the particular one
fondness that blackbird has always had for its berries.
